Jewelry Warranty Policy

All jewelry products are covered by a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Covers

• Jewelry base broken due to manufacturing defects
• Detached jewelry stones
• Broken needle pins or fastening parts

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by chemicals, perfume, water, sweat, or improper handling
• Tarnishing or discoloration due to chemical exposure
• Accidental damage or misuse

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Repair or replacement will be provided based on product assessment.
